The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 318/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is specific allegation of attempt to rape and murder of Punam Devi (deceased) against Dhiraj Kumar who is son of the petitioner. There is no allegation against the petitioner. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he brought the injured (deceased) and kept her near his house and fled away. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2017. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

Case No. 318/2017.
