The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 341 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

The allegation is regarding several persons having been arrested from the brothel being run at the place of occurrence. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot and the only allegation against him is that he was the owner of the place where the brothel was running and the fact is that the petitioner had rented out his property. In such view of the matter, it is submitted that the petitioner is not involved in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S.
