2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 285, 379, 411, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 7 of the E.C. Act and Section 3A of Hazardous Substance Act & 15 Environmental Protection Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft. He is in jail since 11.09.2023 and has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79524 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 968 of 2023.
