Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GA-11 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar Sanskrit Education Board.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the authorities to pay the salary of the petitioner from July 2014 to till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Aacharya Assistant Teacher at Sri.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17587 of 2024(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/3 Gautam Sanskrit Ouchch Vidhalaya, Ahilyasthan, Ahiyari, P.S.- Kamtaul, District- Darbhanga in the year 2013 and the services of the petitioner was approved by the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board. It is further submitted that petitioner from the date of appointment till date is continuously teaching the students. It is next submitted that the school in question is an aided institution and is being run by the Managing Committee and the salary of the teachers and other staffs is being paid by the State Government. It is also submitted that the State Government at time delays in disbursing the Grant, which leads to problem in making payment to the teachers and other staffs in time. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner had represented before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga and the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, seeking redressal of her grievance as raised in the instant writ application, as would manifest from Annexures- 5 and 6 to the writ application.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the representation filed by the petitioner before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga and the District Magistrate, Darbhanga is of the year 2018 and 2019, as such it might be possible that the representation may not be

Patna High Court CWJC No.17587 of 2024(2) dt.23-01-2025 3/3 found in the office of the aforesaid authorities, it is thus submitted by the learned State counsel that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga, so that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed, in accordance with law.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board also does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Education Officer, Darbhanga, on or before 4-2-2025 and the District Education Officer is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner filed on or before 4-2-2025, in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter.
