JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. On 22.12.2016 while rejecting the bail prayer of the petitioner vide Cr. Misc. No. 35396 of 2016, this Court directed the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months and liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period. The learned trial court vide his report dated 27.06.2018 reported that the trial of the petitioner is still pending for recording the evidence of prosecution witnesses. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26876 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 since long, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari ( East Champaran) in connection with Session trial no. 612 of 2015 arising out of Mehsi P.S.Case No. 186 of 2015.
