2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 649 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and others have obtained a decree in a title suit on the basis of forged documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the beneficiary Radhika Devi and her husband Gangdayal Yadav have been granted bail by this Court.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 649 of 2018 with a conditions:- (i) The trial Court is directed to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he is found to be involved in a case of cheating in future.
(ii) The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
