(i). For directing the Respondent Authorities to pay the amount of compensation of Rs.32,63,033/- alongwith statutory interest thereupon to the Petitioner for his Rajyati Land which was acquired of extension of N.H. 30 & 84 (Patna Buxar Section) for which the Land Acquisition Case No.14 of 2010-11 was registered and Award No.12 was prepared in the name of the father of the Petitioner namely Shiv Prasad Tiwary and others.

(ii). For directing the Respondent Authorities to take steps in accordance with law to decide the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18175 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 Representation of the petitioner with respect to his claim for payment of amount of compensation against the acquisition of his Raiyati Land.

(iii). For grant of any other relief or reliefs as your Lordships may found entitled too.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two weeks for redressal of his grievances before the concerned authority.

3. Learned counsel for the NHAI as well as learned counsel for the State have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

5. On filing of the said representation within two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall pass an appropriate order and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously.
