The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner having tried to take out cash from the A.T.M. by using the A.T.M. cards of various persons and when he was caught and searched, three A.T.M. cards of different persons and a mobile phone was recovered.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is languishing in custody since 25.02.2018 and is having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S.
