2. Having regard to the fact that the certificate proceedings are pending before the Certificate Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur, the petitioner is directed to file his objections under Section 9 of the Bihar Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 within a period of three weeks from today. On such objections being filed, the authority shall consider the same and pass final orders.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any

Patna High Court CWJC No.17454 of 2023(2) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 order the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. Till such time the final orders are passed, the authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps.

4. In case the petitioner does not cooperate with the Certificate Officer for disposal of the case, the authority is directed to pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
