This application for regular bail arises out of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 307,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Sheohar is the informant who has alleged that on the alleged date of occurrence unknown miscreants started indiscriminate firing on him and thereafter they fled away. Informant however did not receive any injury. It is further alleged that few minutes after the said occurrence the informant's maternal uncle received certain communication threatening of future action against the informant by the miscreants.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69863 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 has submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion and has been remanded in the present case, when he was already in jail in connection with some other case. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph-3 of the application, I am not inclined the petitioner to grant privilege of regular bail for the present. The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
