1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court, for issuance of a Writ in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ/Order/Direction for quashing the impugned Memorandum/Letter No.9391 dated 07.09.2023 (Annexure-1), issued by Yogesh Prakash Singh, the Senior Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force ('CISF' in short) Unit, Panhsis, Chandigarh, on the basis of the Complaint Letter dated 24.05.2023 of one Richa Sagar, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was informed to

2. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the Senior Commandant, C.I.S.F. Unit, Panhsis, Chandigarh, i.e. the respondent no.5 be directed to consider the defence, put forth by the petitioner in the ongoing proceeding, in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
