Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the specific allegation against the petitioners that they enticed away 17 years old daughter of the informant, who is still traceless, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected, with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks from today, which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
