The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 167, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, petitioner is home-guard in Traffic Police, Purnea for the security. There is allegation against him that he and other co-accused persons have released three tractors by issuing challan for which they were not empowered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Amit Kumar, who is said to be a station diary writer in the traffic police, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.72709 of 2019 dated 19.11.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2019.

No.70636 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea, District-Purnea in connection with K.Hat P.S.Case No.610 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother, brother, sister and/or his wife. (ii) The petitioner shall not indulge himself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial. (iii) The petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned trial court.
(iv) The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation, if not already concluded and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. B.Kr./- (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) U T
