JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017 in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 for the offence under Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017. He further submits that 10 cases are pending against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 15.09.2017, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Addl.
