The following writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2-State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 (Annexure-P-4) filed by the petitioner to grant approval to the Licencing Officer for transfer of licence on the basis of Sale in favour of the petitioner in terms of Section 11(1) of the Bihar Wood-Based Industries

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the operation of shaw mill till such time the matter is finally decided by the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar, Patna in the facts of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if an order is passed for disposal of annexure IV dated 6.10.2025 which is pending before the respondent no. 02.

4. In view of the above, the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in annexure IV of this writ application within four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
