Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sadar PS Case No.443 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is case of stealing a Bolero vehicle of the informant and it is alleged that the said vehicle was recovered from possession of the petitioner for which a separate case was instituted.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2017 and the Bolero vehicle was not recovered from his possession; whereas learned counsel for the State submits that there is recovery from his possession and the petitioner has also

No.14793 of 2018(3) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 criminal antecedent Having considered the alleged recovery of the stolen vehicle from possession of the petitioner, his prayer of bail is presently rejected in connection with Sadar PS Case No.443 of 2016, pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of six months after framing of the charge.
If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Arun Kumar, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
