2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for restraining the respondents not to divert the fund which was allotted for construction of public community hall on the land of Patna Municipal Corporation at Bhawar Pokhar Neemtal Patna-4 under ward no- 39 without any tender;

(ii) also for direction to the respondents for construction of community hall over the land masuring about 4 Katha at Bhawar Pokhar Neemtal for which fund of Rs. 38,00,000/- has been allotted for construction of community hall by removing the dilapidated community hall.
