The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have deposited a forged cheque of Punjab National Bank worth Rs. 98,85,000/- issued by Amazon Trading Company in his account standing in Gramin Bank, Motihari.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the forged cheque has yet not been enchased and no loss has been caused to the public exchequer. The petitioner has been

Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2017 with liberty to renew his prayer if the trial is not concluded within four months and the trial court was directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within four months. But in the aforesaid case, charge has yet not been framed as evident from the report of 2nd Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari dated 11.05.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Motihari (Town) P.S. Case No. 538 of 2017.
