Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supaul PS Case No.706 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one country made pistol with three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has been in custody since 02.12.2017 and investigation has already been completed. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vivek Yadav @ Lal Yadav @ Vivek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
