JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.1.2018, seeks bail in Gopalganj Town PS Case No. 2 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner stabbed the informant several times.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are agnates, the injuries on the person of the informant are simple in nature and the petitioner has clean antecedent. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that he has given repeated blows and eight injuries were found though simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Kumar Mahato @ Ajay Kumar Mahto is directed to be released only after framing of charge. on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town PS Case No. 2 of 2018.
