The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 934 of 2017 arising out of Mojahidpur, (Babarganj) P.S.Case No. 150 of 2017 registered under Sections 307,504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. It is submitted that no injury was caused to anyone so there is no injury report in the case diary and further submits that there is no report whether seized material was explosive substance and police has submitted charge sheet under Section 308 of I.P.C. and petitioner is in custody for approximately one year and has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kokan Bansfor, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
