For the Respondent/s :

Mr.Rajesh Kumar, AC to GP-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 In the present writ application, the dispute is raised for selection and appointment of Anganwari Sevika for Centre No.245 of Ward no.08 under Sajjhat Baliyas Panchayat in the district of Banka. The petitioner's case is that in the merit list, prepared for the said selection, the petitioner has been placed at Serial no.2, whereas respondent no.11 has been placed at Serial no.1 on the basis

Patna High Court CWJC No.24320 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 certificate of having passed Fauquania Examination held by the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board. It is the petitioner's case that the certificate of having passed Fauquania Examination, on the basis of which respondent no.11 has been placed at Serial no.1, is forged and fabricated.

The selection against the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika is made under the guidelines issued by the Welfare Department of the Government of Bihar, which provides for redressal of grievance under the said scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that till date, appointment has not been made.

In my view, the writ application is premature. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with guidelines issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar for redressal of her grievance, at appropriate stage.

The writ application is disposed of.
