Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are brothers of the husband and are separated in business and mess. There is no specific allegations against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73529 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 64/2016, G.R. No. 788/2016.
