Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a 26 of Arms Act.

The report of the learned court below reveals that the case is at the final stage.

Learned court below is directed to dispose of the case within two months. The parties shall fully cooperate in disposal of the aforesaid case within the aforesaid period. No time shall be allowed to any of the parties on any grounds. If they would not cooperate in hearing of the case, the learned court below shall be at liberty to pass a reasoned order according to law.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36013 of 2018 (4) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage in connection with Panjawara Police Station Case No. 06 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka/successor court.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
