Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 576 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 03.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75476 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Gaya in connection with Excise Case No. 576 of 2019.
