Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302, 394, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report, however he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement before the police. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
