The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is recovery of 216.16 litres Indian made foreign foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, as such present petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
