The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madaura (Marhowrah) P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019, registered under Section 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in the present case since 03.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69812 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Madaura (Marhowrah) P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019. One of the sureties must be parents/close relative of the petitioner.
