Patna High Court MJC No.3334 of 2023(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 Divisional Magistrate, Tekari, Gaya has already passed an order dated 08.01.2024, in connection with Case No.01 of 2023, whereby and whereunder the application filed by the petitioner has been rejected.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 08.01.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
