Petitioner seeks bail in Hulasganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 509, 436 and 354 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence this petitioner burnt the house of the informant causing loss of Chaukies, goat, and other articles as mentioned in the written report including Rs.2,00,000/- cash.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties which is mentioned in the written report itself. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 27.03.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42368 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-IV, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
