2. By an order dated 28.08.2018 passed by the learned Chairman (Judicial), the State Appellate Authority, the petitioners' appeal was allowed, whereby termination of their services as Panchacyat Sikshak was set aside. The appellate authority held that the petitioners shall be entitled for reinstatement on production of the said order.

3. This writ application has been filed with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.23642 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 grievance that despite the order of the appellate authority, the respondents have not allowed them to join. The petitioners have statutory remedy under Rule 15 (4) of the Bihar Anudanit Sikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015.

4. This writ application is thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to invoke the said provisions, if according to them, there has been disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order of the appellate authority.
