JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 583 of 2018 disclosing offence under Section 120(B), 420, 467, 465, 468, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per complaint case, petitioner no.1 sold the land of the complainant to petitioner no.3 and petitioner no.2 is the son of petitioner no.1 and others are identified as witnesses. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70389 of 2019(9) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 is that the land was accorded in the name of grand-father of the petitioner in the revisional survey and he has sold that land, with regard to the same a Title Suit No. 259 of 2015 is going on. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Complaint Case No. 583 of 2018.
