JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S.Case No. 247 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away a minor girl, Puja Kumari.

Submission is that it was a case of elopement and girl has not stated in her statement regarding any sexual exploitation. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Raju Kumar @ Kariya is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014.
