Petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No.71 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 412 of Indian Penal Code, Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, and 35 of Arms Act. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 27.03.2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner has been arrested by the police just on next day of occurrence while he was going on his own motorcycle along with one Badal Kumar. The motorcycle belongs to this petitioner as he has purchased the same on 03.02.2018. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
