The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Medani Chowki P.S.Case No. 22 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committed the firing on the son of the informant, causing death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. who opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances and there is direct allegation against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44802 of 2018 (3) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 is of committing murder of the son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
