The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018 in connection with Sp. Case No. 11 of 2018 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Considering the fact that the recovery made from the Dickey of the motorcycle are of certain medical preparations commonly used as medicines and are not particularly psychotropic substance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional
