2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A free-fight took place between the parties due to land dispute, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. There is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners. Petitioners are ladies, having no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82140 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
