2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for seeking direction to command the respondents to publish the 'Corrected Map' as per the record of the 'Chak Khatiyan' as to comply his own order passed by the respondent no.4 on the petition filed by the father of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the detailed representation before the Consolidation Officer, Dumraon, Buxar, respondent no.4 with respect to correction of the 'Chak Map' of the land of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

6. On filing the said representation before the said authority within four weeks from today, the said authority shall dispose of the representation of petitioner expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of filing of representation.
