The petitioners pray for bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 461, 471, 401 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted two motorcycles and in motorcycle both the petitioners were traveling and on demand they could not produce the papers. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the motorcycle belongs to petitioner No.2 and he has the papers of motorcycle as Annexure-2 to the petition and they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are in custody since 31.5.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
