2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 699 of 2019 dated 23.10.2019, lodged under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused including the petitioner. The deceased was staying in his sasural along with his five children and he has been killed by his cousin father-in-law. The petitioner happens to be the co-villager, who is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no material has come during investigation to show that the deceased has been killed by the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 699 of 2019.
