JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 32907 of 2017 with an observation to expedite the trial. It further appears that petitioner was identified in CCTV footage also. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that three witnesses have been examined and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner and two more witnesses are yet to be examined.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible without giving
