The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 735 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3384 of 2017), registered for offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.73573 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 735 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3384 of 2017).
