2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.
3. As per allegation, total 60 litres of illicit countrymade liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 21.09.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Additional District and Sessions Judge IVth cum Special Excise Court 1st Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
