The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019 dated 31.05.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 25(1-b)A of the Arms Act.

According to the FIR, a boy came to the informant and asked him to come out of his house to meet somebody. On this, the informant claims to have come out of his house to find one Ramesh Kumar Singh sitting on a motorcycle who forbade him from marrying the woman whom he was going to marry. When the informant and his family members objected to the same, aforesaid Ramesh Kumar Singh and his associate ran away from the place of occurrence leaving behind the

There were certain other documents in the motorcycle which indicated that it belonged to Ramesh Kumar Singh. The petitioner has been identified during the course of investigation as the person who had accompanied aforesaid Ramesh Kumar Singh.

Thus, it has been urged, the name of the petitioner though has not been taken in the FIR, but his implication in this case is only on the basis of some stray statement by an unknown person before the police. Aforesaid Ramesh Kumar Singh who had left his motorcycle which was found to be parked in front of the house of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57030 of 2019. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents. Having regard to the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in
