Petitioner seeks bail in G.R. No.1233 of 2012 arising out of Kurhani P.S.Case No.151 of 2012 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 324/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of firing by the accused persons on the deceased and specific allegation of firing is against Bharat Sahani and allegation against this petitioner is of firing on the injured Nandlal Rai, informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that injured Nandlal Rai has named this petitioner before the police and he is in custody since 13.06.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 3rd, West Muzaffarpur, in G.R. No.1233 of 2012 arising out of Kurhani P.S. Case No.151 of 2012 subject to the conditions that
(1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the trail and make himself available as and when required by the court, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
