2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.105 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 395, 397, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act read with Section 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act.
3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44818 of 2023.
4. A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the State. Learned APP has submitted that three witnesses were examined till the filing of the counter affidavit and the prosecution was to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81910 of 2024(5) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 examine the other witnesses further.
4. Petitioner is accused of committing dacoity. He is accused in many cases of similar nature. He is in custody since 19.04.2022.
5. Considering the fact that petitioner is a veteran criminal and is accused in serious cases of dacoity, etc., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner when the trial is going on. The prayer for bail on his behalf is hereby dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
