Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No.89 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was dispute with regard to playing of D.J. as the informant had resisted the same on account of illness of his mother who was heart patient. So far as present petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is of pressing his neck but there is no such specific injury available on record. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72806 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No.89 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
