JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner no.1 is Gotini, petitioner no.2 is Bhaisur, petitioner no.3 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.4 is brotherin-law (Bahnoi) of the informant. Case is under Section 498A of IPC with respect to demand of dowry and torture. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73677 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 is that before the learned court below informant has appeared and she has disclosed that she is not ready to live with the petitioner. Petitioners are family members of the husband of informant and no specific allegation has been attributed against them. They are ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Banka, in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
