This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Surajgarha P.S. Case No.230 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 225, 379, 354(B), 504, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

For a trivial dispute, the parties entered into a free fight, in which the injured has sustained injury. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as also the period of his custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1941 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No.230 of 2022.
