2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 109, 352, 118(1), 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, Abhishek Singh assaulted on the head of Luv Kumar with farsa causing head injury and the co-accused, Raushan Kumar Singh and Pappu Singh (petitioner) assaulted the informant causing injury on his hand. The co-accused,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82602 of 2024(2) dt.25-02-2025 2/3 Rahul Kumar Singh fired on Arun Singh and Sanjay Singh which did not hit them. In the meantime, the co-accused, Lalbabu Singh abused and exhorted to kill, thereafter the co-accused Aaditya Singh assaulted Vikash Kumar with knife causing injury. Further, the co-accused Pramod Singh assaulted Kush Kumar with an iron rod causing injury. It is further alleged that the co-accused Prince Singh and Ajit Singh entered the house of the informant and looted Rs. 75,000/- and 10 bhar gold.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties. As per the injury report of the injured, the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 15.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76202 of 2024. The petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
7. The application stands allowed.
